Welcome Meeting for New Volunteers!

Plastic-Free is a social enterprise out to serve the needs of our community to wean us off single-use plastic, reduce waste in general and make Hackney a cleaner, greener place to live.

We're the antithesis of the perfect matching mason jar life and believe in thrifty solutions, reusing everything and making sustainable, reusable, solutions available to everyone.

We organise regular litter picks; run workshops teaching people how to make their own products; do school and educational talks and organise community outreach events. 

At our meeting let us know what you'd like to see more of in Hackney and find out how you can get involved with making it a reality. We've got a number of volunteer roles we'd really like some help with. Let us know if any are calling out to you.
